Abstract This study aims to analyze the economic empowerment of millennial women through TikTok Shop-based digital entrepreneurship education in the Clapar Village Women's Community. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, as well as data analysis using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results show that TikTok Shop-based digital entrepreneurship education can improve digital literacy, marketing skills, content creativity, and entrepreneurial motivation of participants. The use of TikTok has a positive impact on market expansion, increased sales, and the formation of new business networks. In addition, this program strengthens community solidarity and the active role of women in village development. The success of the program is supported by a solid women's community, support from the village government, and the participants' enthusiasm for learning. However, challenges faced include limited internet access, low initial digital literacy, and minimal business capital. This study concludes that TikTok Shop is an effective strategy to empower millennial women in rural areas, increase family economic independence, and build a sustainable digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.
